Part of the beauty of pregnancy is the daydreaming.

What will my baby look like?

How can I make the nursery look beautiful?

As your doula I will encourage you to dream about the specific elements of your birth. The journey of labour and birth is transformational for both mother and baby. Giving it the energy it deserves allows for you to envision how/where/with whom you will bring your baby earth side.

Manifest

During pregnancy we will work on our manifesting language and where our energy is being spent. Are you putting energy into the birth you want, or focusing on the negatives you want to avoid? Pregnancy and birth should be a time for deep reflection and surrender. I will hold your hand through this process and help you work through any feelings that surface.

Embrace

I hope as your doula I can help you find love and enjoyment in the small things you experience during pregnancy, birth & beyond. Embracing all things can help you to settle into your journey with love in your heart.

I currently have two packages for mamas-to-be looking to use me as their pregnancy, birth and postpartum doula.

2 prenatal appointments:

Dreams - desires - relaxation

On call 24/7 from 38-42 weeks

2 postnatal appointments:

Debrief
Assist with breastfeeding - settling baby - rest for mama
